Scope of works: Delivery of key, on time, varied scaffold solutions to enable the decommission of existing plant and cooling systems, plus facilitate new installation and upgrade work of M&E facilities. Scaffold tasks delivered include Special Purpose 2.00 Tonne SWL Dual Runway Track Lifting Scaffolds at roof level, Compact HAKI System Staircase access to plant areas, large spread Birdcage access scaffolds over live, high voltage plant, along with various Independent Tower and design led scaffolds for enabling works to corridors, risers and HV Switch Rooms.
Key Challenges: Logistics, all materials had to be mobilised using lifts and trolley systems. Live HV electrical plant meant planning, installation and removal had to be undertaken meticulously, establishing safety from the system at all times.

- 1,600m3 of Birdcage Scaffolds
- 45.00 Tonnes of Traditional Tube & Fitting Scaffolding, plus Compact System Components
- 530lm of scaffolding lifts, with 7m Rise of System Staircase, plus 12lm of 2.00 Tonne SWL NIKO Lifting Frames fitted with remote control Hoists
- 4,200m of scaffolding tubes, 3,400m of Timber Decking and 4,000 Nr/ Couplers
- Repeat LOLER Test, Commission & Inspection protocols

This took into account the environment, consents required and the use of existing infrastructure.
