Ladderswood Estate consists of 4nr blocks of flats again for a longstanding client. We are erecting scaffolding to all elevation of each block at floor levels with a mixture of staggered loading bays for crane loading and progressive erect loading bays for bricklayers. We also have internal block work scaffolding on ground floor areas and one part of an elevation that adjoins to an existing building. At high level we have a number of large spans to bridge beam to allow water proofing works to progress.

This took into account the environment, consents required and the use of existing infrastructure.
