Inner City Scaffolding was contracted for the scaffolding works at Albion Street located in South London.
The scaffolding works consisted of erecting floor level (3M) lifts to the main facade of the new block. Progressive brick laying adaptions were completed to support the ongoing brickwork within the project. Due to tight boundary lines, cantilevered loading bays were required to enable crane loading at floor levels. A boarded fan was also erected over the pavement. Two number HAKI staircases were provided to enable safe access and egress.

Inner City were excellent at understanding the project constraints and surrounding risks when designing their scaffolds. This took into account the environment, consents required and the use of existing infrastructure. This is extremely important in a railway environment where the safety of the operation railway in of paramount importance.
