Making a Difference this Christmas
Inner City Scaffolding believes that success in business goes hand-in-hand with making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. This Christmas, we proudly partnered with The Passage, a leading charity dedicated to helping those who experience or become at risk of homelessness in London.
Through a combined effort from companies within the Downwell Group – including Inner City Scaffolding, Inner City Environmental, and Inner City Fire Solutions – we provided £7,500 worth of essential items, ensuring that people facing the greatest challenges this season had access to warm clothing, toiletries, and food.
But our commitment didn’t stop at donations. A team of volunteers from across the Downwell Group joined The Passage at their Resource Centre near Victoria Station, rolling up their sleeves to serve hot meals and distribute supplies. This hands-on involvement gave our team a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness and strengthened our resolve to keep supporting local communities in meaningful ways.
