We were appointed to erect protection scaffolding around Cromlech House on Middlesex St so that it can safely be demolished. The project has been divided up into 2 phases with phase 2 coming later. The scaffolding was required on both the east and west elevations of the building to provide protection to the pedestrians and traffic moving down Middlesex St & Goulston St.

Scope of Works

Erect 5500m2 of scaffolding to provide protection so the 4 storey concrete framed structure can be demolished.

60m protection fan added to the Middlesex St elevation so that the pedestrians can safely move by the site
